I've been reading a book which has given a tremendous impact for me.

I've read it around 70% and hopefully will finish this week. *hopefully 

Every chapter is really fascinating. I always end up with a joyful quote on it. My favorite one is "He who has a why to live can bear almost anyhow".

Family Style Restaurant at Kemayangan Peranakan Jakarta


Such a blessed when your neighborhood is full of famous and delicious restaurants. I really eat a lot, literally A LOT and looks contrary with my shape LOL. 

There're some family restaurants near from kosan. One of my fav is Kemayangan Peranakan Jakarta (map is below). I went there for the first time with my gym-mate (Pak Udin and Julianto) and we ordered every dishes that has the name of "kemayangan". Ended up with Tahu Kemayangan and we could say if this dish is the best. You should order this menu when go there.

Roti Gempol - Delightful Breakfast in Bandung City

Right after I arrived in Bandung. Happy face happy tummy :D

Mendapatkan kesempatan bisa menuntut ilmu di Bandung adalah salah satu hal yang saya syukuri didalam hidup. Kota yang bawaannya pengen dikunjungi terus dan gak pernah bikin bosen. Bahkan saya lebih betah di Bandung dari pada hometown sendiri. Mungkin dipengaruhi juga oleh faktor lingkungan, kebetulan saya selalu sekolah super jauh dari rumah and it means I don't have so many friends in my hometown, only some people from my past memories. 


Banyak banget perbedaan hidup di Bandung dan Jakarta. Kalau harus memilih, untuk sekarang saya masih bingung. Dua kota ini memiliki culture yang berbeda. Bandung yang tenang sedangkan Jakarta kayaknya rame banget, libur gak libur aura kerja di Jakarta itu bagus. Makanya banyak banget orang yang memutuskan bikin rumah di Bandung tapi kerja di Jakarta (buset jauh banget sih).

Visiting Danau Biru Cigaru-Cisoka, Tangerang

I really love this place, how the sun kissed my lens perfectly. 
Pasti banyak yang gak percaya kalau Jakarta punya tempat wisata alam yang bagus banget. Awalnya saya juga gak percaya kalau Danau Biru ini ternyata hanya 1,5 jam dari Jakarta. Akhirnya tidak perlu jauh-jauh ke Puncak, Bogor atau Bandung (ini mah ngarep).

Tuh kan, Tangerang gaul banget ya ternyata.

Saya menemukan tempat ini dari the omniscient social media nowadays, Instagram. Kebetulan lagi long-weekend (yang berurut-turut kok kayak gak pernah selesai-selesai hehe) jadi saya putuskan untuk mengunjungi objek wisata tersebut.

How I evaluate my self and face my mistakes

What I’ve learned in my 20s is being easy to my-self. Decluttering some aspects in life which made me sick about it. Not all of us want (remember) to evaluate our-self. We always make an excuse about what’s happened to us. Yes, I had ever been in that time. I was afraid to face my own mistakes. I tried to blame “something” when plan didn’t work so well. It takes time to tame my jeopardy mind. But It never late to learn. As long as we still alive let’s learn new things every day.

I usually create my daily log in my Journal. If you never try to make a journal maybe, it’s the best time to do it. Making a journal is easy but consistency is the key.  We’ll never know how far we’ve accomplished tasks in life if there is no documentation or report about it. Ya it was hard at the first time, just do it. I make a bullet points to create it more simple and organize.

Your journal is your rules. You can create your own rules.
I literally write every-things there. What happened at office, my feeling, love-life story, etc etc etc. I just follow my heart when create my daily log. Sometime, I printed a picture, quote, and even I drew some-silly-picture there. Hehe.

Day by day, you can check what you’ve accomplished so far.
Is it what you want?
Did you do something bad ?
Did you make a mistake?
Why your plan didn’t work as well as you’ve planned before?
Are you happy?

Being open with your insecurities paradoxically makes you more confident and charismatic around others. We all have our chosen methods to numb the pain of our problems. But the longer we avoid and the longer we numb, the more painful it will be when we finally do confront our issues.

Quarter Century Club



I've just got a notification from my phone if 6 months later I'll turn 25. LOL I just cant believe it. 
A Quarter Century. I look more younger than my real ages. When I was in college, ppl kept saying if I was a high-school student. And ppl always say if I'm the younger sister in family, nope I am the older one. 

I should prepare myself to face this new stage of life. I'm just thinking if life is flashing before my eye. Time flew so fast. I stressed after got that notification, messed with my life. I woke up at 3am in the past week though about what I've achieved so far. Sound so high achiever person? Nope, I am not that kind of girl. So many things come to my mind. I am not ready yet to welcome this Quarter Century Club. 

But I want to face it. I am not a quitter. 
This week, I keep busy to prepare an almighty plan to make my Quarter Century Life become memorable, vulnerable 
I make this blogpost to remind me on that day. 
On 5th November 2017, I'll update this post.
I hope God always give me a good time & health so I keep improve my self to be better person everyday. 

I can't ask more, God's given me everything that I want and Need in life. I keep learning everyday improving myself and be ready to welcome new person and journey in life. At this time, I wanna make it more serious. If two ppl are meant to be together, they will find their way back. I just love this unpredictable life from God, how can he make it so perfect?

Hallo guys,
Seneng banget akhirnya udah Q2 aja.
Di quarter ini yuk kita lebih semangat lagi, forget all negative experience at the back. Focus to achieve your dream. Udah bikin bullet journal untuk bulan ini belum?  Jangan sampai bulan ini berlalu begitu saja ya. Track semua semangat dan moment up-down mu di bulan ini. Hihi akhir-akhir ini saya sangat seneng banget, Alhamdulillah udah gak stres sama diri sendiri. Haha I am totally happy, bahkan tiap bangun tidur suka ketawa sendiri. Alhamdulillah masih diberikan kesempatan untuk menghirup udara Jakarta yg segar (karena AC). Masih diberikan kesempatan untuk bertaubat, memperbaiki diri menjadi leih baik dan menyebarkan ilmu yang sudah saya dapatkan. HAHA bener-bener happy banget, semoga bulan ini adalah bulan baik seperti bulan-bulan sebelumnya.

Surround your self with ppl who give a healthy impact for you, jangan sampai ada yg bikin stres-stres secara mental. Hoho. Can't wait to explore new places in city. Hehe

How to conquer negative thinking


We can't lie if sometime some negative thoughts appear in mind. I've learned a lot and took a long time to conquer this bad thoughts, with practice we can learn to disrupt and tame negative cycles.
Negative thoughts can affect your health and the way to enjoy life. 

What things that make you worry and have a negative thoughts in life? maybe it comes from one of those things : 

  • career
  • relationship
  • health 
  • financial
  • what ppl think about you
  • etc...
It's a reasonable thing if bad luck happened to us. It happened to give lessons for us, don't do the same things in the next stage of life. Pain serves a purpose. 

The best way to conquer this shitty things is to accept that negative thoughts. I did it when some negative thoughts appeared in my mind. Yes, It was so hard at the beginning. Think clearly and take a deep breath, inhale-exhale. Accepting is the hardest part. We're a human, it's hard to accept something that happens out of will. You don't need to give a fuck for everything in life. 
Oh ya, never try to do this things, "I'll forget this or pretend there's nothing happened, etc etc...". It will make you sick as hard as you try to forget it. 

After you've accepted that negative thoughts, you need to force yourself to challenge it. Life without challenge is not a life HAHAHA. So this step is the most important one. I always try to see it  from different perspective. Try to find a good meaning from it. "Why those things happen to me? It must have a valuable meaning for me. There's something that I need to learn and change from my life. I've made a mistake, I need to be better."  I always ask some questions to my self, hahaha. It helps me a lot. 

Have you tried to do this things? If you have a trouble to challenge yourself you can imagine if that things happened to your friends, best friends. What kind of advise would you give to them? That advice should work for you too. 


Worrying to much about life will never give a best outcome in your life. We should accept and challenge it. Haha, I can say if I have a positive mindset in life. I've done a lot of practices and of course it took a lot of time. Practice make perfect!!
